The excitement begins at 8:30 with the 10 K run. The 5K will follow about 10:00 and a one mile Family Fun Walk close behind.
Prizes will be awarded to first, second and third place finishers in each race as well as to top male and female winners in various age groups: 10-20, 21-30, etc. upto 70+.

This is the third year I have run this race. The course is as flat as a pancake, the organizers are very friendly.. I already look forward to next year!

Great run. A nice flat course along the river. Good for PRs. Especially early in the season.
The hosts were friendly and efficient. First time I ever got a do-si-so at the turn around. The Friday night pre-run pasta party was nice. Good food, good company, good hosts and hostesses, good desserts, which were available after the run too.
